The online and phone help have be personal and extremely helpful. It was outstanding that the call center kept good notes on past conversations about my storage needs so I did not have to repeat any of it to anyone I spoke to. That made it feel very personal and was a nice touch. Jessica, the manager at this location, is such a wonderful and kind person to work with. She has great experience here and is very knowledgeable about every angle of our needs. I am completely comfortable with storing my items at this location based on the entirety of my experience this far! I look forward to having a long-term business relationship with Life Storage here. She answered questions, helped me with my account, was always professional and kind. She gave me advice when I moved out of my unit to another location— dryer sheets in the totes to reduce condensation, cover the furniture, and more. Not only does she excel at her job, but she has a big heart. If you’re having a bad day, she will no doubt lift your spirits. 10 out of 10!"

Then some lady with the rudest attitude calls me up and says I'd like to go the cost to rent there Which was $35.00 more than the girl that made the reservation. I want happy so she says sir I'll cancel your reservation and you can take your business elsewhere. Believe I will ..the quote was even emailed to me and when I questioned it she became so rude I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I'm taking this to the better business bureau and I sure hope there conversations are recorded. Her excuse was sir the company is our of New York and if you would read the fine print. So that gives them the right to treat people with disrespect. I will take my business elsewhere and greatful I didn't do business with them."
