Great place great customer service

Thanks to Amber Sayre my experience turned to a positive one. My reservation was suppose to be at the location on Semoran/Hoffner which is a lot closer to me, but for whatever reason the man couldn’t find my reservation even with my screen shot of it. It was not a good start to Monday. He offered to assist with a unit $50 more than my reservation and not the first month free or half off. I drove the extra 15 minutes to Wooden Pine Dr with the intent to just cancel and go to another facility. But Amber was patient and gave exceptional customer service.
