        "I was somewhat disappointed with the rate increase, even with the warning it really hit. I do understand the need to do so and I have gotten past the disappointment. My only concern is there have been many times I have gone up to pay my bill and the office is closed, only to find out it is because the staff has had to leave to clean a unit that has come empty. Maybe there might be a more adequate way to get this job completed without taking the only person available for customers away during the office hours?"
