"Yesterday 28 July 2022 I rented a unit to store my daughters furniture until we can find a home to rent in Indialantic. I pulled up to the office and (since I'm using a cane for now) James came out and helped me in. He drove me to the unit and helped me back in to quickly sign some forms. Then he walked me to my car. "First & foremost, Cathy is the BEST!!! My sister in Law was in a very vulnerable state of mind. Cathy got her set up & into a unit without taking advantage of her. My sister in law then decided to get a space for her vehicle, ended up not using it & reported it as such. In the meantime, a larger unit was needed, couldn't move everything right away. Returned a month later to finish. No refund had been rec'd for the vehicle space that was turned in. Cathy submitted for a refund. A month later, the refund had not been rec'd, Cathy researched it, the refund had gone to the credit card account that was used to pay initially but it had been closed. With Cathy's assistance, we tracked it down & it's on its way!! As far as storage units go, along with the actual facility, it takes GREAT people to make it all work!!"

"Shout out to Alecia, the manger. She keeps this Life Storage running like a well oiled machine. The premises are clean and secure. I got a climate controlled space and it works great for my personal storage. Parking and access is easy. I had an issue with the moving company I used to transport my belongs from NY to here and with Alecia's help I had no problems resolving. The staff is always available for questions and do a great job providing it. I will be getting another unit shortly. Definitely a 5 out of 5."
