I was very impressed with Valerie she made sure to follow through with my request for information and pricing details needed for my rental. My rental was a tricky one as I needed a large enough unit that could store a two bedroom but I could not see the facility or space as I am in Philly. Valerie went above and beyond expectations to ensure I could envision the space and my needs and ensure all was ready on the day I needed

V. at the front desk was very helpful in providing us information and policies of Life Storage. The facility is nice and clean. I like that there are two loading areas. V. was also nice and polite. I like that you have to use their locks which seem secure.
