"I haven't even started moving things into my storage room yet however I would like to give a five-star review SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE OF THE RECEPTIONIST THAT WORKS THERE. I called because I made a reservation online and I was not able to pay for it online since there was no option and I needed to pay for it because by the time I get off of work the facility would be closed so I needed to get my access code. When I called, the receptionist was unsure of what to do because she is very new however she was very receptive and very empathetic. I expressed that I was upset and it was a huge inconvenience for me and at that very moment she took the opportunity to take my information down and called around until she was able to figure out a solution for me to be able to pay online and access my room!!! She couldnt ask the supervisor because the supervisor was gone and was not going to be back for at least a week so I absolutely appreciate her doing everything she could to be able to get me into the storage room the day that I wanted it instead of having to wait until the supervisor came back. I'm unsure of her name but she needs a promotion and a raise!"

The entire team of Life Storage, the Xercor insurance rep and the restoration team were amazing. They had the insurance adjuster on site from Xercor assisting the customers. "I am sorry , as the staff was helpful and I guess we thought the price was about standard. We had asked around to see if we needed an AC unit for 3 months, and the majority of people said we didn’t need it for that length of time. Well, unfortunately we just moved our stuff out yesterday and every box was ful of roaches. We had no food in the unit as we were warned against it, however it didn’t seem to matter. Other than our sealed plastic bins, they were found in every box, food of not. They we’re all well sealed. This has never happened to us before but it happened here. We asked about spraying and of course Darryl said yes they spray outside but can’t do more. It has been so much work washing everything throwing stuff out and now we will have to have our new apt sprayed just to make sure this doesn’t become a wide spread problem. We would not rent here again😞😞"

I pay for an air conditioned unit. Their ac was working today but sometimes the temp will be 86 despite being set to 78.
Also, not enough dollies- there are only 3.
Also they sometimes have issues with credit card processing for automatic payments- they don't always go through on time but even when it's theur fault they will charge you a late fee.

I've been there 6 years in several units and I will be moving as soon as possible. Rates and fees just keep going up. Now it's $4.95 to use a automated payment system.
