"Very nice and clean storage facility! Staff is always well dressed and have a answer to any questions you ask. Plus answers to things you never thought about asking! Savannah is the sweetest thing ever and is always out and about making sure trash is picked and swept up as well as every single floor being mopped and shined up! Aaron joins her any chance he gets away from the office and as soon as he is paged back by the walkie talkie hung in the box outside the office front door so they don't ever miss a customer he heads back. Watching these two work together and help out any customer who asks or even doesn't ask they are ALWAYS there and on top of everything! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Thank you both for everything you guys do and have to put up with cause it never stops you guys from doing your job plus more!"

"Probably the best storage experience I've ever had! My ONLY complaint was the issue of them no longer offering a moving truck, it was my main selling point, but exceptional experience aside from that! They keep the grounds clean and the tenents have all been to themselves or very friendly. A very nice change of pace. As far as the staff, I can't speak highly enough of both Aaron or Savanah! Both exceptional human beings who deserve SIGNIFICANT raises for the type of shenanigans they are forced to deal with. And sadly, the majority of the shenanigans seem to not be storage related. I've heard them chewed out by residents in the area who seem to feel like the responsibility of homelessness management should fall into the job description. I'm not sure how the surrounding area residents feel the life storage management should be capable of coordinating a situation the police have been unsuccessful at managing. But if a storage unit is available still I'd snag it here over any other place in Aurora! ❤🧡❤"

"Awesome place, I have went to several different storage. Like 3 others in the 30 years I’ve been storing things and out of all of them I haven’t met better employees than I have here. Hands down Aaron and Savannah are wonderful employees and definitely make me want to stay here. They are very knowledgeable about their work and have the answer to any question I have. If they don’t have the answer then they will find it out really quick. Thank you for making my experience at life storage such a positive one. I have even had my daughter get a unit and a couple of friends get units here since meeting Aaron and Savanna. I would and have referred several people here. It’s kept very clean, the units seem to be very safe, the gates have always functioned properly, the bathroom is kept very clean, the employees are professional and I feel safe being here."
