We have had nothing but excellent service with Life Storage. They are conveniently located in our neighborhood and provide storage units that are roomy, clean, and climate controlled. One of their associates, Genny, is especially helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, while maintaining a friendly attitude and smile.

This is my first time renting a storage unit. I must shout out to the office staff here…. They are uh mazing! Knowledgeable, kind, helpful and most of all attentive. I checked out 3 other companies and this location by far is what I wanted. Ya, it’s just a storage unit; however, customer service is everything to me!

Kiesha Bagby is the manager - and she is professional, kind, helpful, funny, and really makes life easier. She offered suggestions and really made a difference. Facility is clean as can be, managed well, and facility doesn't even smell of mold - clean and fresh.

Jenny and Kiesha are two absolutely amazing and caring individuals who work incredibly hard helping my family with our small business needs at Life Storage. They are two of the sweetest people you could meet and it is a privilege to work with them and call them friends. This place may have its occasional issues but these two ladies work very hard to make sure we are well taken care of and keep the issues to very rare and minimal occurrences. They both have me and my family’s love and praise and support.
