"Great staff, Ian was always friendly and helpful! Facility is clean and unit was nicely Air conditioned. Prices are reasonable and competitive with the area, but you won't beat the staff and cleanliness. That being said, one of the elevators was out during my two months stay, and the toilet didn't have toilet paper the one time I attempted to use it. Would 100% store items here again!"

"I needed a storage unit just for a day, but I rented a unit here for the month of July. I received an email early this morning August 5th stating that I'm late on my storage rental payment that was due July 30th for the month of August. I didn't sign a release form of the unit, because I totally forgot about the storage unit, for I only used it 1 day. I called life storage webster and spoke to Randy, and she remembered who I was, and that I mentioned "I only needed to rent the storage unit for the month of July". She understood that I totally forgot about the unit as well. Randy spoke to her manager about what happened, and asked him if the rental charge can be waved, and the manager said that I won't be charged as long as I come in today to realease my storage rental and sign some papers. I wasn't charged! Thank you Randy and thank you Randy's manager. If I ever need to rent a storage unit again, Life Storage Webster is where I'll go."

She showed me where the keypad was located and was so extremely professional and friendly. She is a very nice lady.
