"My wife and I are moving to San Antonio, Texas from Long Island, NY. We've owned our house for 25 years and have never had the experience of needing or renting a storage unit. I had no idea where to start and found Life Storage in Glen Head; only 1 1/2 miles from our house. I signed up on-line and found the website to be very user friendly. When I went down to check-out our unit I met Iyonna. She was very friendly, courteous and helpful. She even walked me to my unit on the 3sr floor. The facility is very clean and (on a very hot day in August) very comfortable. It's easy to get in and out of the parking lot and even easier to access and move household goods to the unit with the assistance of a large elevator. Thank you Iyonna for all of your assistance and kindness! The only thing better then the facility is the staff and helpful people like Iyonna! Dave Whitting"
