"Life Storage at West Sacramento is a super great facility. The whole process from reservation to the end was seamless. The storage is clean and air conditioned, and can be accessed until 10pm. The managers there are a super plus. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and helpful. When transferring things from my car to the storage unit, somehow my car's flash light was on all the time and the battery died out. It was almost 6pm and the office was about to close. I reached out to Tim, and wanted to give a try to see he can help me out. Tim happily agreed and jump started my car! Tim also gave us a nice walk to the unit, and answered all the questions I had about using the storage. After a few days, we went to the storage at night to take a few items out and accidentally locked our unit door in the wrong way, and the door can still open. The next day we received a phone call from the manager telling us about the wrong door locking ^_^. He said he put a flag on the door and we can go and check the lock. Staff there are so amazing. Definitely great staff, safe, secure, clean and air conditioned storage, with competitive pricing. Great choice."

"The ladies that run both offices Jillian and Katie are incredible I admire that they do both and still are so personable and friendly I love that they remember me when I come to the office and wave when I'm at my unit I give reviews at both because my girlfriend has one at this facility grounds always clean 10 out of 10 recommend either life storage on Calvine road!"

"After hunting for a bit I found myself finding this facility. Not only is small and quiet but it’s on the outskirts of West Sacramento. Quintel was super helpful on recommending Rent Now a process to where I can move in after business hours! I came down to check the property and it was very tidy and clean I noticed one of the employees Tim outside during my walk greeted me with a smile as he was cleaning around where I was going to be storing! Talk about A+ service. The big selling point was the access hours gave me the time I needed to get my stuff in and beat the heat by moving in later in the evening. Definitely recommending life storage to my friends and family as they are moving to the area."

The office manager Quintel greets you as you enter by standing up out of his chair. That simple gesture alone goes along way. Tim took me around and showed me the property and explained everything down to the last detail which was very helpful for my move in since it was going to be after closing. "After moving from Southern California to Northern California, I was struggling to find a storage unit.  I called Life Storage (Calvine Road / Elk Grove Florin Road location) and spoke to store manager Jillian.  What a blessing it was to have Jillian walk me through everything from moving in to setting me up for automatic bill pay.  She took care of everything and all I had to do was move in my items.  This is a very clean, friendly, and professional business.  The business is well lit at night, has great surveillance cameras, and well maintained by staff members.  They take care of every issue immediately.  Even the troubled tenants that try to illegally cohabitate in their units or try to use their storage units as a business or a sidewalk sale are dealt with immediately.  I have seen Life Storage even give these troubled tenants several opportunities to change their behavior.  That is probably why these troubled tenants give this business one star rating, because they got evicted.   I have been here for three years and have never had an issue.  I have recommended Life Storage to my family, friends, and co-workers.  They too, have not had any issues.  Great place to store your items and they have air-conditioned units.  Love this place and their staff members.  Keep up the good work."
