Amim called me to confirm and set up payment my reservation and was very helpful. The other people I talked to before were helpful, *but did NOT inform me* of the required $11/month insurance (unless you already have storage insurance), and the one time administration fee of $29, and while still pretty affordable, I am new to renting storage units and was only expecting to pay for the actual cost of the unit. Amim was great though.
