"After a very challenging time (almost 2 months) trying to resolve my storage unit contract, inaccuracies with the quoted- rate, auto billing, auto texts etc promised from the former private owners of the newly aquired Life Storage location on Indian School Road, it has finally been happily resolved! After numerous conversations with a variety of employees from corporate and temp employees helping with the transition, will no end in site, I tried again to contact the store today and connected with the store Manager, Vincent James. I can not speak highly enough of his professionalism and thorough attention to listening to my concerns one of which is being 1500 miles away and limited to addressing this matter face to face. Not only did he listen but made no excuses and sympathesized with the situation. In turn, I truly understood his position and how the transition affected many clients. Though many feel large corporate structures tend to be unbendable and uncaring, I found this to be the opposite and can not speak highly enough on how this situation was handled. James offered a solution that satisfied the rocky start/transition that I experienced and gave me confidence that my account is now set up properly and in good hands. I highly recommend speaking with James and Life Storage on Indian School Road if you need a space and a place to store your items."
