A 10x20 storage space is the size of 2-3 Bedrooms. It holds furnishings and appliances for an average 1500 sq. ft. residence. It can also hold compact vehicles depending on width and length.

The neighborhood has become crowded with homelessness and there seems to be a definite drug problem as well being near the canal. No on staff security either after dark. Location is very clean and well maintained. Prices about 25% higher than competitors due to the availability of spaces and the seemingly secure interior. Ice cold AC a plus in the summer months and good amount of parking."

"I've called life storage about twice this month to let them know I won't be needing the storage I been renting for the past year, per usual I get a call from them to remind me to pay my monthly bill today because I do usually forget. I asked today when the lady called me if they don't return calls since I did leave a voice message stating I won't be needing the storage and the lady proceed it to tell me that she dont know what number I called but they do usually return the calls and she's right I might of called another number. I don't know I called the # I searched for online but she proceed to talk over me and to let me know i had to take off the lock if lm not going to need the storage unit that I had to do it today and If didn't do it or pay it was going to go to collections. Instead of listening to what I had to say and ask she proceeded to tell me all this. regardless of what number I called I know it was life storage and I didn't get a call back. so I hang up on her. because she was not listening and talking over me with some kind of authority instead to try and help me she went off about how it was going to collections if I didn't take the lock of (something I was going to ask as well because i was unaware before she went off. sorry for my lack of knowledge on taking off the lock but I was going to ask) excuse me? if I have to pay I will pay im not NOT going to pay. Collections threat/comment was unnecessary I've paid for the past year. Next time listen 1st and help investigate or educate me on the process I was not done asking what I had to ask before I hang up on her. I will be taking off the lock today and never renting with you again."

The first time I came here it took 15 minutes for anyone to be at the front desk, once I was let in, no apology for the wait, nothing. I was on my lunch break so every minute counted.
I signed up, fee was higher than advertised. I pulled up the special that I was quoted from the screenshots on my phone, then they magically fixed it. So keep records of that as well.
Take photos before moving in, and after moving out so they don't claim you have damaged anything and email them to both the company and yourself.
The topper: I called to ask about possibly closing my monthly rental unit out, and literally 10 minutes later they sent me an email raising my monthly rent. Really? Great way to keep customers.
My advice for anyone who calls to make an inquiry, DO NOT give them your unit number, give them a random one. After this I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere."

"I reserved a storage unit online and even put my personal information in for their rapid rental process. The store is listed to open at 9:30am...I arrived at 10:30am. However, the store was closed. I called their customer service number and was told "they were running late" and someone would arrive at 11am to open the store. Unfortunately I was in a time crunch and needed to return my truck rental soon but I decided to wait. Myself along with others were waiting outside. Someone arrived at 15 till the hour, we could see him inside the store but he waited until 11am sharp to open the doors (not a problem...I get it). I go inside and I'm second in line. The worker waits on the first customer then he asks me if I need a storage. I tell him I have one reserved, he asked me to wait outside and said he doesn't have any keys to open any units, he's just filling in and doesn't work at this site. No further solutions given. If the reservation process is like this I can't imagine what the rental relationship would be like. What a hassle. NEVER again!"

"This is a new facility. Very clean, spacious, and accommodating with easy access and a large variety of storage unit sizes. Most are internal, climate controlled units which is great for the intense Phoenix summer heat.
Victor and his staff were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The only time I ever had issues were when the office was unmanned because the staff was out on the property with other customers. I'm sure with more occupancy, there were be a higher volume of staff on site to avoid the gaps in office availability.
Still, I highly recommend this location for your storage services. Prices were much more reasonable than other nearby locations."
