When the elevator for just our items wouldn’t work, Clint (from another Life Storage) came over to our location and helped us access the elevator. He did this after hours and with enthusiasm. He helped free up the freight elevator door so we could use it! Also, Juliana, another LS staff, was helpful answering my questions on the phone. Thank you, Life Storage!"

I chose this location due to its proximity to my house, however, I would have picked this location as my primary storage even if I lived across the Valley due to the amazing individual who manages it. Charles stopped in the middle of his lunch break to help me reserve a unit--he was incredibly kind, helpful and truly made me feel like a valued customer from the get-go.
