"#1069 off San Bento Dr has an amazing staff.. I was dealing with an illness and was staying elsewhere so my son could have roommates and I could be taken care of. My stuff is moved into a storage unit that my son picked from us promotion. It took me over a year before I was able to be well enough to move back in collect my belongings. In this time, Josh, the store manager, was so understanding and sympathetic, which is hard to find these days in most businesses. I had never met this man, ( except once towards the end) but he worked with me from my account being hacked, to receiving new cards, and always kept in contact with me. Josh and his staff, for me, personally, went above, and beyond their so-called duty, I have finally cleared out my storage unit, and though I am relieved to not have the bill, I was grateful to have a safe place and felt like a place that cared. Thank you Life Storage for being a lifesaver in a difficult time in my life. You ROCK Josh!!"

Clear of cluttered rubbish on the outside as well as pristine in the inside storage facility. Time accurate security system that monitors access points on the exterior perimeter and entrance of the facility. The secured entrance has always been in working order as well as just recently been upgraded to ensure customer satisfaction. In these hard times John went up and beyond to assist me in not only the best of financial options but courteously keeping my multiple storage units in the same general areas. "I was looking for a place to store my vehicle while i was in Mesa. I looked around on the internet for a place. I noticed Life Storage and gave them a call to see if they had any space opened. They had a few and the agent asked me a few questions about what i was looking for. After that was done he asked me to come down and take a look at the space. I went there and he showed me the space before i decided to take it. The bonus was that the first month was free. I found that out while i signed up. The agent was very helpful. The space was clean. Will gladly use it again iof the need arises."
