They have tons of carts available for you to use and big elevators and hallways that just make moving things as painless as possible. "Very absurd experience here. Everything was okay until I went to try to access the storage as an authorized user (my name is on the contract and I showed ID). I was denied access. This lady Tanysha said she would only speak to the account holder. As I was waiting for the account holder to arrive she told me to wait outside in the cold and said if I stayed in the lobby she would call the cops. She was abusive and rude. Said “This my lobby” she was very aggressive and unprofessional to say the least. She acted like a gangster. I will Ofcourse never use this facility again after move out. "Conveniently located from our home. Loading dock inside is really large space and truck can park. It looks state of art and fully air conditioned. So no sweat while unloading. Both 50th and 51st St. access is so useful from West end highway. Elevators are new and easy access into the building. Cleanliness is one of our big priorities. No trash found. Justin initially helped us to find our storage. He is patient and no pushing for our decision."
