"This is the most technologically advanced, secure, safe, clean, convenient and well managed storage facility in all of Alachua county.  The smart phone based access control system and smart locks with digital key sharing for individual storage units is awesome.  It's powered mostly by solar panels, and the first floor has dedicated dehumidifiers for the best storage environment available!"

"We needed a storage facility while we prepare to move. Lifestorage is a fairly new storage facility here in Gainesville Fl. We’ll, one look and we decided they had all the things we wanted including a great monthly fee. They are completely automated. No padlocks, no codes to remember, just an app that lets you in, the app opens the elevator for your floor only and there are plenty of carts. The app even opens and locks your storage room. But I was really impressed with the little things like the scented plugins along each corridor. It’s clean and there is a roof where you park so no issues with rain! And Kameron, the site manager is great! Highly recommend!!"

One place l went to basically closed the door in my face🙄.... So, as l was in the walmart parking lot, l made one last attempt and came across LIFE STORAGE! I Called at 4:45pm and they welcomed me with open arms! Even, though they closed at 5pm. They were willing to wait for me to get there! Such great customer service and patience!! Not too mention a great special they currently have that placed the icing on the cake!!! Thanks for being awesome! "1st time LSI renter; previously rented units from three other companies. LSI has the best mobile phone app bluetooth auto gate control, best sign up/sign out, best month-to-month without long-term lease. Toll-free national number was used to smoothly prearrange rental even before arriving. Will seek out and rent from LSI again next time I need a unit or parking. This is a new Life Storage (LSI) location with friendly accommodating staff. The units are clean, interior lighting auto turn-on, grounds well-maintained and fenced, good location. Good for vehicle/trailer/RV storage."

"Even though this storage place is not the most centrally located, it is still very well designed and maintained. The loading area is inside the storage building where your vehicle can enter, so you do not need to worry about bad weather when moving your stuff. The main gate, elevator, and locker units are all controlled by a mobile app, and only people with legitimate access can enter, so in general it is safe. It’s also convenient in a sense that you can access the units during after hours (6a -10p I believe). Inside the storage building, the storage spaces are dry, clean, and temp is AC controlled at about 75 F. Overall it was a very positive experience. Would return in the future if I need storage space."

"Storage facilities are numerous, especially in Gainesville, FL where the community is largely transient, however, I had to take a minute to acknowledge the customer service I received from the manager Kameron Bishop. I called the national sales center for a trailer space lease and the sales rep said no problem and offered me an introductory deal but to finalize I had to visit the local facility. I went within a couple days and the facility is brand new state-of-the-art. Great security and technology. I was disappointed to know that the deal offered to me over the national call line wasn't being offered at this particular facility. I reluctantly moved forward with the lease being in a bind. Another request I had was to enter the facility earlier than their normal hours based on the nature of my business. Unlike most managers out there and the service industry in general, Kameron went to bat for me. She called her executives to gain me early access and it was granted. When she called to share that news with me I told her I had made a call to national sales about the miscommunication on the introductory offer that I still hadn't heard back on. Kameron went to bat for me again on her own time. This time she called back with more good news that she got them to honor the introductory offer. It would have been easy for Kameron to tend to new sales and leases, tend to the needs of new customers and do what I would have fully expected someone in similar positions to do which was not make another persons mistake become her problem. She did the opposite and for that, I recommend supporting this business in full. Lease here without any concerns. Tell your friends about Kameron Bishop."

"This brand new storage facility is much better than what I’ve used in the past. The call center and office staff were great and helpful. I was really most impressed with the amenities. It has a drive thru the building so you can unload and load out of the rain. It also has a smart phone app to control facility and unit access, and it lets you share digital keys with family and or employees! Staff explained they also have 24/7 monitoring of the security cameras that lets them talk to intruders about the cops being on their way to keep my belongings safe. There’s no other facility like it in Gainesville! I highly recommend Life Storage to anyone needing a secure, safe, clean place to store their belongings."
