We are long time customers of this facility in Coppell. I can honestly say that Doreen, on-sight manager has been there for a long time, as long as we have been customers. I've had the pleasure of dealing with her often, and she is great, on top of things and always very helpful with any question or concern. The property and units are kept clean and neat as well. Highly recommend.

This location Coppell is great. I had an inner unit for the past few months, and I just moved to an outside and larger unit. They made the transition very easy. I was at Another storage facility, and I had to throw away quite a bit of stuff because of the rat issue. Not having that issue here at life storage.

Firstly, Kati is by far and away the best. She is fast, efficient, and has such a positive energy. She has gone above and beyond to facilitate our very unique needs, and I have seen her do the same for others as well. I’m so sad she is leaving for another location, but I know the rest of the staff will be just as great. Secondly, The location is great. Clean, quiet, well kept. Five stars!
