Tonya was amazing during the check in process and has continued to be of great support. I feel safe while in the halls of my temp controlled unit and appreciate the app gate opening option. My money complaint is the cost going up less than 3 months in to the rental and it was a surprising increase. I no longer need this size unit I am renting here but do need a smaller one. I have chosen to move to a different storage location and company only due to the price. This staff and location are professional and will do what they can to help.
